That was me, several years ago. Fortunately, a dear friend gave me a wakeup call, and a jumpstart into action. I spent the next several years searching for a way to show up and be who I really am in the world.

I finally changed my career to one that I love, relocated to a place that inspires me, and found my soul mate.

I have taught dance and creativity for over thirty years, and taught private clients how to use their intuition, see the big picture of their life, and create change for more than twenty years.

Here’s how it works. Once you sign up:

we hold three bi-weekly calls on Zoom, from wherever you are in the world to my home in Shetland. Total duration: roughly 30 days.
each call is 75 minutes. My sessions are longer than the typical coaching hour to allow time for experiential work, including focus on breathing, visualization or meditation as needed.
all calls are recorded and emailed to you within 24 hours as an mp3 you can download and listen to again whenever you want.
I send you an email, within 48 hours of each session, with additional insight and any required “homework.”
you have full, reasonable email access to me throughout the program, for check-ins, questions and concerns.
we complete our process in the final call and create next steps for you to continue on your new journey.
