Spot on! Like so many people I had developed my will to combat social programming that it took some time to let my soul out! Dance opened the door as you can’t control the soul’s joy when you feel the rhythm of the universe! (as I write this I think of some of your earlier postings, and I’m reminded of how important joy is in any undertaking the image of the ducks encounter still makes me smile as well as the message)….joy gives strength and helps to follow through.
