Greetings Dear Reader,
I hope you have been well in this season of change. I have been on a hiatus from my blog while relocating from Maine, in the United States, to Shetland, in the United Kingdom. I am excited to return to these posts, and to share with you thoughts, tips and strategies for living a life of full expression, integrating body, heart, mind and spirit.
In Maine, my workspace window faced south, looking out at a beautiful fresh-water lake, shared by birds, fish, otters, boaters and swimmers. Now, I am facing north as I look out my window at gorgeous Lerwick Harbor, filled by the waters of the North Sea, and shared by seagulls, ducks, seals, freighters and ferry boats. The surface details may appear very different from those of my other home in Maine, but the underlying energies are eternally the same. I am still drawn to the energy and flow of water and air, to the lives of other creatures with which I share the world, and to the play of night and day that shapes my thoughts, feelings and actions.
What draws you to the place you inhabit, Dear Reader? What about it do you love, from the outer details to the energies that lie underneath? Your awareness of place, and the nature of your connection to it, can only enhance the fullness of your expression in life – in fact, this awareness can inform every choice you make.
I honor your loving heart,
John

Nice to read you again John,
May the blessings of love peace and joy surround and infuse your life in the UK.
Right now I am in Scottsdale, AZ where we are having gorgeous weather. Sun, of course. I am usually aware of a strong earth energy here in the Zona. It became my spiritual resource room. Recently I bought a Native American drum and love it. Seems to be more than a tool or even a friend.
Namaste,
