Louise and I have been doing a lot of research lately about nutrition and health. The more we discover, the more we wonder if we are going to have to throw out half the contents of our kitchen cabinets. More about that another time, but for this week, I would simply like to ask: What are you eating? And how does it make you feel?
And why am I asking?
